Ruyui Studios – Background Art

This project features a series of backgrounds created for Ruyui Studios, an animation studio. The backgrounds were painted for use in the animated music video promoting the IP, helping immerse new players in the world of Ruyui studios and get to know their original characters.

My role focused on painting anime-style backgrounds that support visual storytelling while remaining clear and readable for animation.

These illustrations were produced as production-ready backgrounds, suitable for use in 2D animation.
